Meeting participants emphasized the strategic importance of this project for all participating countries. It is aimed at developing regional integration, strengthening trade and economic relations, and creating a new international transport corridor.
Akunbekov noted the high productivity of the joint venture, which has allowed for the rapid launch of large-scale railway construction. He also reported on his recent inspection of one of the sites in Manas, Jalal-Abad region, where he assessed the stable pace of work and compliance with quality standards. According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers is actively working to secure funding for the project.
Additionally, the meeting highlighted that, thanks to the experience and qualifications of Chinese specialists, the pace of construction will be increased, and the project will be completed within the established timeframe.
